The fund is supported by the public at large, charity donations and,  in particular,  “Friends of the Cardinal”. The friends are a group of persons dedicated to support the Cardinal with prayers, financial and otherwise in the pursuit of the objectives of the Cardinal’s projects in Health and Education.
